Almond Flour Chocolate Mini Cupcakes (gluten-free & dairy-free)

These cupcakes look so cute. They are bigger than bit side, but still small enough to want more than one 😊.

Ingredients cost: from $ to $$$$: $ 

Recommendation: as all the recipes for vegan you can replace the eggs for eggs replacer mix.

Ingredients: 

3/4 cup maple syrup

3 eggs (or eggs replacer)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup almond flour

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

 

Steps:

1- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a mini muffin tin with 24 cupcake liners. 

2- Mix eggs, 2/3 cup of water, oil, and vanilla extract. 

3- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mix.

4- Once the batter is smooth, pour 1 tablespoon of the mix into each liner. 

5- Bake for 15 minutes.
