Oh it's on!Remember ages ago when the S&M video came out? Well, so does David LaChapelle. He threatened to sue as the video echoed some of his work. (a lot actually) Everything went quiet and no one knew what was happening. Until now.
The case is going to trial! However the only thing that David can sue for - is copyright as all other claims of unfair competition, trade-dress infringement and unjust enrichment have been thrown out by the judge already.
