Katy Perry has become the most followed person ever on Twitter! Wowza! The announcement was made from Twitter's official account on Friday, which said, "It's party time, @katyperry! With 90 million on the guest list, we're gonna need a really big dance floor."
Katy was clearly thrilled with the announcement retweeting the message adding the caption, "Dang this is tight."

As well the announcement the bosses at Twitter revealed some of the top things the stars followers have tweeted about her such as reffering to her as, "(my) queen", "beautiful", "(the) best", "better (than)", "amazing" and "(my) spirit animal".
Justin Bieber takes second place with 83.9 million followers along with Katy's long term rival Taylor Swift taking third place with 79 million.
