Second Pakistan Film Festival to Be Held in New York:
As per usual, Pakistan International Film Fare Awards are taking place this year but not in Pakistan, this time it will take place in New York City, United States of America once again.
This time this event will be organized by Pakistan Mission to the UN (United Nations). Moreover, the whole ceremony is going to lead by the Ambassador of Pakistan to UN, Maleeha Lodhi.
According to the news, the movies which are going to be shown in the Fiesta are, 7 Din Muhobbat In, Cake, Lala Begum, Na Band Na Barati, Parchi, Punjab Nahi Jaungi, and Verna. There will be a lot of audience including the Ambassadors for more than 180 countries.
Moreover, celebrities from Pakistan which will be participating in the event most probably are Mahira Khan, Mehwish Hayat, Amina Sheikh, Hareem Farooqi, Zeb Bangash, Mikaal Zulfiqar, Shehriyar Munawar, Mehreen Jabbar and Nadeem Beyg are expected to be there.
The show will be on air from July 6th to 7th. Oscar winner Shermeen Obaid Chinoy will also be a part of the event and she will be making a speech at the party for a special minute there. As per the news confirmed that Nandita Das has also been invited to the event in New York.
