Hugs and kisses to my IMBB family members. I had picked up this eye pencil from Wet n Wild long ago and have used it on and off for a few months. Read the detailed review to know why it couldn’t make it to my favorites list.

My Experience with Wet n Wild On Edge Long Wearing Eye Pencil You’re the Yin:
Packaging: This eye pencil did not have an outer packaging when I picked it up from CVS pharmacy. A couple of recent online pictures showed the presence of a cardboard pack, but most don’t. So I am guessing that there might have been a change in packaging now. The pencil has a black colored body and cap. The other eyeliners from this range are color coded and have appropriately colored base and cap for easy identification. The pencil is sleek and travel friendly.
“You’re the Yin” is a deep black, with a matte finish. The color will win the hearts of all girls who like their kohl to be intensely black. It can add both drama and definition to your eyes and make them stand out. The texture is creamy. While that is a desired quality in gel eyeliners, it’s creamy to a fault. While it glides effortlessly on eyes, the soft creamy tip breaks with very little pressure. And sharpening it again and again is a challenge as it keeps on breaking resulting in product wastage.
Being creamy, it spreads and smudges easily, especially if you have oily eyelids, this one might spell a disaster for you. It smudges and spreads, even if you set it with a powder. For those having dry lids, you might make it work, but beware of touching your eyes. This is a bad choice for using on lower lash line and waterline because of its smearing issues.
This liner stays for a couple of hours and then tends to give raccoon eyes. I use it mostly on my eyelids and take caution of using a good primer and powder before. It needs too much effort to make this work and I would any day reach out for Wet n Wild Crème Eyeliner, which is far superior in terms of quality.
It needs some efforts to be removed and I need a good oil-based remover and multiple swipes to clean it out completely. Not recommending this liner.
